Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Psalms 2:1-3(KJV).

Everyday we read about Christians in Newspapers, social media, Television, whatsapp,Christians being persecuted, killed and sometimes executed. Whereas Christians are loving, peaceful, quiet, nonviolent and generous towards all human beings irrespective of their religious beliefs

Like their master (Jesus Christ ),Christians go about preaching the gospel of the grace of God. Why Then are they persecuted, killed humiliated? If Christians preach the gospel of the grace and love of God to you (John 3:16)and you don’t believe and accept and repent from your sin they cannot force you to accept. No one can force his or her religion on anyone. Are those persecuting, killing and afflicting Christians fighting for God? Does it mean that God cannot fight for Himself? If God decides to destroy the whole universe in one minute, He has absolute power to do it but He wouldn’t do it because He is loving, merciful and compassionate. If God were man He would have destroyed this sinful world because of our sin.

Those who destroy their fellow human beings for whatever reason known to them should remember that one day, they (the murderers will die and face consequences of their actions Hebrews 9:27.

The world needs the love of God to conquer all kinds of crimes threatening the peace, joy, and co-existence of the human race. Jesus is the solution to the world’s problems. Truth is bitter but it will turn to our blessings if we can endeavor to swallow it (the truth ). The whole human race is One family why then should we be killing or destroying ourselves? It is unacceptable to God. No one has anything to gain from killing his fellow human beings.

Any religion that propagates and encourages killing of fellow human beings is devilish and does not represent and speak for God. The prince of peace (Jesus Christ )has offered peace to the world, let us embrace it.

Spend the rest of the week wisely and do not allow Satan to use you for to achieve his plan against God’s creatures.
