Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil neither tempteth He any man.
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed.
Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death James 1:13-15(KJV).

Sin is a violation of Divine order or command. It is also trespass, going beyond ones boundary.
God commanded Adam not to eat the forbidden fruit but his (Adam’s)wife trespassed, disobeyed God and broke Divine command. God will not punish anymore without formal warning. The reason why human beings are sick and die was the result of that single act of Adam and his wife.

Someone said that if Nigeria does not kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigeria. Indeed, it is killing Nigeria and even the entire Africa. Nigeria would perhaps have been the richest country in the world with all the resources God has blessed us with but corruption would not.

We are to fight and overcome sin that we may inherit Eternal life. God in His wisdom and infinite love towards human beings had made provision for our victory over Satan and sin (1Corinthians 15:6-57’1John.3:8).Jesus Christ fought the battle for us on the Cross and won hence sin cannot kill those who believe, repent of their sins and have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Savior. Don’t let sin kill you but kill sin before it kills you by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior and be protected from the power of tyrant (sin).
